**Returns & Exchanges**

I want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, let's talk. Reach out through the Contact page or my email, laurie@primalpainter.com , and we'll figure it out together.

**Jewelry & Small Items**
Easy returns, no questions asked. Contact me within a reasonable time and I'll arrange a full refund or exchange. Return shipping is on you, (protect it, original packaging if possible, including the jewelry box). Shipping is usually just a few dollars.

**Art Prints**
Prints can be returned if they arrive in resaleable condition which means original packaging, undamaged. I can't accept prints that have been rolled, bent, or repackaged in a way that damages them. Contact me first before returning anything so we can figure it out.

**Canvases**
Canvases can be heavy and expensive to ship. If your canvas arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, please send me photos, lots of them, right away, and I'll work to make it right. I might be able to get a reprint, but photos are important to these printing companies. If you've simply changed your mind, return shipping would be at your expense, and we'd need to discuss packaging to protect the canvas in transit.

**Other random things**

**The short version:** I'm a one-person shop, not some big corporation like Amazon, but I genuinely care that you're happy. Just contact me first. I'm easy to get along with, and we'll get it figured out to your satisfaction.
